Kia Motors America is pleased to announce the College Graduate Specialty Incentive
Program, effective May 3, 2011 - May 31, 2011.
This program allows "soon to be" (within 6months of college graduation) or recent (within the past 24 months) college graduates toreceive a $750 specialty incentive towards the purchase of a new, eligible 2009 MY Borrego,2010 MY vehicles, 2011 MY vehicles or 2012 MY vehicles. Eligible sales must be reported in the WebDCS with either RGRAD (retail) or KGRAD (subvented) sale type and qualifying information input under MKTPROMO2 in the Specialty Incentives section.
This program cannot be combined with Owner Loyalty, Competitive Bonus, or any other
marketing related program (MKTPROMO), but it can be combined with the Military Specialty
Incentive program.

Specialty Incentive Program Rules
Specialty Incentive Program Dates: May 3, 2011 - May 31, 2011
Claim Submission Due Date: June 30, 2011
Claims mailed after this date will be subject to rejection and will be assessed an Administrative
Fee.
A Payment Exception will be required for the VIN in question to be eligible for Incentive
Payment after rejection has occurred. The Payment Exception is subject to certification.
Note: The date indicated above is the date documentation is required to be submitted by the
dealership. In the event that these dates conflict with any other KMA system, the dates
provided in this Incentive Bulletin will govern.
A customer is eligible for a total of two (2) separate purchases of Kia vehicles utilizing Specialty
Incentives during a calendar year and the vehicle utilized as the qualifying vehicle may not be the
same vehicle in both instances. The new purchase vehicle is only eligible for one (1) MKTPROMO
specialty incentive and any number of other specialty incentives that are qualified, based upon
eligibility. Please note that it is the dealership's responsibility to verify the eligibility of a VIN for a
specialty incentive prior to finalizing the sale. Incentive monies will not be paid on any VIN considered to be ineligible.
This program cannot be combined with Owner Loyalty, Competitive Bonus, or any other marketing
related program (MKTPROMO), but it can be combined with the Military Specialty Incentive
Kia College Graduate Program - Program Period
May 3, 2011 - May 31, 2011 (the "Program Period")
Sales reported for this incentive must be sold and reported during the Program Period.
Sales must be reported via the Kia Web Dealer Communication System (WebDCS).
Kia College Graduate Program - Eligible Vehicle
New 2009 MY Borrego, 2010 MY vehicles, 2011 MY vehicles or 2012 MY vehicles sold and
reported during the program period with a sale type of RGRAD (retail) or KGRAD (subvented).
Ineligible sale types include RSALE, LSALE, KCSP, RCSP, CSALE, KAPR, KLSE, DBFLT, KFA,
KNA, INSUR, BRKR, and GVWY.
Kia College Graduate Program - Eligible Dealerships
All Kia dealerships who are currently in good standing under their Kia Dealer Sales and Service
Agreement
Kia College Graduate Program - Eligible Customers
Person whose name appears as purchaser/lessee on vehicle sales documentation is referred to
herein as "Customer".
The Customer must be a "soon to be" (within 6 months) or recent (within past 24 months) college
graduate of an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university, nursing school, or master's or doctorate
program at the time of retail purchase.
Customer must be gainfully employed or must have an offer letter for employment with employment
to begin within 90 days.

Customer must provide a copy of transcripts from the accredited institution indicating either
upcoming graduation or completion and graduation.
Name on identification and transcripts must match Customer's name on driver's license.
Customer must be 18 years of age or older.
Kia College Graduate Program - Ineligible Conditions
Any sale that is reported with a sale type other than RGRAD or KGRAD.
Any vehicle that is not a new, unused 2009 MY Borrego, 2010 MY vehicle, 2011 MY vehicle or
2012 MY vehicle.
Any vehicle that is reported as sold before May 3, 2011 or after May 31, 2011.
Any person that is not a "soon to be" or recent college graduate
Any sale that also utilizes Owner Loyalty, Competitive Bonus, or a marketing related
promotion (MKTPROMO)
Kia College Graduate Program - Claiming Incentive Payments
To ensure proper processing of documentation with the College Graduate Specialty Incentive:
Dealer to report qualifying sale via WebDCS
Dealer to report sale by entering the Customer's last name in the "MKTPROMO2" specialty incentive
section of WebDCS during the reporting process
If the only incentive applicable to the sale transaction is the College Graduate Specialty Incentive,
report the sale in WebDCS under the specialty incentive section noted "MKTPROMO2" and input the
Customer's last name.
If reporting multiple incentives applicable to the sale transaction, report the sale in WebDCS and
indicate the appropriate information required for each eligible specialty incentive being applied for
College Graduate Specialty Incentive Program may not be combined with any other MKTPROMO
Kia College Graduate Program - Specialty Incentive
A copy of the sale documentation with the Specialty Incentive claim form. The customer's name on
claim form, transcripts, paycheck stub or offer letter for employment within 90 days, sale
documentation, and reporting information within the Kia DCS MUST BE THE SAME.
For the College Graduate Specialty Incentive, Dealer is to forward the following documentation to
Kia Region for processing.
Copy of the Customer's accredited college/university transcript indicating graduation within six
months or completion and graduation within the past 24 months.
A copy of a current pay check stub or an offer of an offer letter of employment with employment
to begin within 90 days.
Fully-executed copy of one of the following: Finance/Lease Contract, Bill of Sale, or Buyer's
Order
Payment:
All incentive payments will be made through KMA via the Kia Incentive Administration System (KIAS) and
will be indicated on the Kia dealer statement.
Audit:
KMA reserves the right to audit all dealership records.
Terms and Conditions:
This incentive is available from May 3, 2011 through May 31, 2011.
Retail delivery of a new 2009 MY Borrego, 2010 MY vehicle, 2011 MY vehicle, or 2012 MY vehicle
Just be taken out of dealer stock between May 3, 2011 through May 31, 2011.
Purchaser must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid current driver's license.
This incentive is void where prohibited by law.
This is not a cash rebate incentive.

A customer may receive and use multiple KMA specialty incentives during a calendar year
based on compatibility requirements.
All matters of program eligibility and qualification will be conclusively resolved by KMA, which
reserves the right to change product or program specifications at any time without incurring
obligations.
Fleet purchases are not eligible for this incentive.
The vehicle warranty will begin on the sale date that is reported by the dealership.
Reported vehicles will count toward the Sales Manager and Sales Consultant programs.
In all matters pertaining to the interpretation and application of any rule or phase of this program, the
decision of KMA shall be final.
In any dispute concerning the eligibility or ineligibility of any vehicle, the records of KMA shall prevail.
KMA reserves the right to modify, including the reduction or elimination of payments, amend, cancel
or revoke, in whole or in part, this program at any time and without prior notice.
All programs are governed by the Kia Motors America Sales Policy, dated March 1, 2011. Please
refer to the Sales Policy for any other program rules and regulations.
By participating in this program, you are agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions outlined
above.
